Absolutely. We offer a structured 90-day NHS Pilot Programme available to all Starter and Professional tier prospects. The pilot includes full platform access, clinical onboarding support, and a dedicated success manager. Pilot pricing is available — speak to our team to understand how a pilot can be structured within your Trust's existing digital budget or innovation fund.

Standard implementation for Starter and Professional tiers is included in the subscription price. This covers initial data integration, staff training (up to 40 users), clinical configuration, and a 30-day hypercare period post go-live. Enterprise tier includes bespoke on-site implementation with dedicated project management. Any out-of-scope development or extensive custom integration is quoted separately and transparently.

Yes. All platform updates, security patches, and improvements to existing modules are included in your subscription at no additional cost.
